He could see her point. Hell, he could even admit that, to some degree, he was proud of what he was and the things he'd done already in his lifetime. But there was a certain point where you progressed beyond 'proud' straight along into the realm of 'tired and lonely.'
Haven't wrapped my face in weeks. Not sure if that's me inviting trouble, or just putting a foot down and letting the whole damn world know that I don't care anymore. I'm a mutant. They'll figure it out either way. Might as well just get it over with.
