His eyes went distant.
"Providence would probably have you," he said, "Shelter you from the X-Men - but Providence is running on limited time."
That would be Plan B, for getting Jono out of the line of fire, out of a situation where he had the potential to be a threat to plans currently in motion, into a place where he could do some good.
