The Beach, Monday Afternoon
Jun. 14th, 2010 05:38 pmJono still hadn't managed to figure out how in the world a cloudy day could still possibly manage to be so bloody hot. Fortunately, and in spite of popular belief, he did in fact own clothing that wasn't black leather. Black jeans, black t-shirts, a good deal of black lived in his wardrobe, yes. But at least it wasn't all leather.
Only mostly.
After picking Didi up for their date, they'd made a run to Turtle & Canary almost immediately. She'd wanted a Squishy, and he was in need of a cup of ice. Just ice. It didn't have to have flavour to it, after all. It wasn't as though he was going to drink it.
Just... occasionally he'd run one over the bandages along the back of his neck, was all. Some of the leather in his wardrobe didn't swap out so easily, was the thing.
//All in all, I don't know that I can actually find anything to complain about, today,// Jonothon found himself musing as they made their way along the beach. //That's almost new and exciting, all on its own.//
[For that girl!]
